Born in the hilly laps of eastern Nepal, Mr. Chitra Bahadur Rayamajhi ( Shekhar ) was always amazed by the gleaming riches of nature. Thus, he developed a profound admiration towards nature and a passion for traveling. His aspirations as a traveler took him across the world. However, the hilly periphery of his hometown Bhojpur and the ravishing Himalayas that sheltered the hills were very close to him. As he continued his endeavor as a traveler, he led many trips around the nook and crannies of Nepal and Ladakh in India.
With over 15 years of experience as a traveler and tourism expert, Mr. Rayamajhi founded Brown Bear Trails Pvt. Ltd. As he seeks to take Nepali tourism to new heights, he has exciting plans and initiatives that all those at Brown Bear admire and abide by. His leadership and charming personality have always been a pillar to all those around him as he continues to motivate every single staff at the company. Mr. Rayamajhi is an inspiration and an influential figure to all those either involved or seeking future in Nepali tourism.

Ms. Susmita Yengden
Ms. Susmita Yengden holds the post as Manager of Brown Bear Trails, born and raised in Phungling around the district of Taplejung. Which is on route worlds 3 rd highest Mt. Kanchenjunga, around Far Eastern Nepal. Ms. Susmita Yengden a senior lady born in 1982, her job as manager. Managing the company image, and making sure that every trip of Brown Bear Trails, is a winner and taking immense care of the guest and as well the welfare of the staff and guides. She helps and supports all type of company budgets in order to improve the company’s profile and image, providing good knowledge in managing all sectors in making all guest feeling safe with great holidays in Nepal with great management of Brown Bear Trails.

A young person and a guide of 28 years of age born and raised in the district of Solu-Khumbu.
An expert climber has led several major mountaineering expeditions and has climbed most of trekking peaks above 6,000 m. During his profession as a climber since he joined with Brown Bear Trails, has summited various 7,000 m peaks. In future aiming for Mt. Everest and other above 8,000 m peaks. Due his expertise as climbers has led many successful smaller and major mountaineering expeditions.

At 23 years of age till date, started his job as Trekking Guide since his young teen age with Brown Bear Trails. Mr. Pasang Gelu Sherpa hails from thedistrict of Ramechap, a hilly region in the close shade of majestic Mt. Gaurishankar. Located Central Himalayas of Nepal, around Mid-East of Kathmandu and close to Everest areas of Solu-Khumbu.Mr. Sherpa has led various treks has made all foreigners visitors in NepalHimalayas, satisfied with his skill as trekking guidance. Born in the year 1994, around far eastern Nepal in the district of Bhojpurnear the end of Arun Valley and Salpa areas. Mr. Lakpa Sherpa with his career as a trekking guide for the past eight years till date. Have led countless treks throughout Nepal. Apart from leading groups to other Himalayan regions, his main specialty is around the eastern Himalayas from Everest, and Makalu to the Kanchenjunga Himalayan region. One of Nepal’s veteran and expert guide with a decade of experience around the high mountains of the Himalayas. Born and raised in Jhupal, Dolpa in the year 1983, close to great Thuli Bheri Rivers. Located in Far Western Nepal, Brown Bear most professional guide, Mr. Dagi with great knowledge especially of the Far Western Nepal Himalayas.
